Mountain View Pain Center is a comprehensive pain management and rehabilitation practice committed to treating the whole patient with compassion, innovation, and teamwork. We blend chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management, and acupuncture to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address pain at its source. Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a new bilingual front desk receptionist for our busy medical office. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll be the face of our clinic—setting the tone for a welcoming, professional visit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments Collect insurance details and co-payments as needed Answer incoming calls, checking voicemails, and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately Make outbound calls to reschedule missed or canceled appointments Scan and upload patient documents accurately and efficiently Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Minimum 1 year experience as a medical receptionist in a fast paced environment Minimum 1 year experience with medical scheduling Must have proficient computer/typing skills Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Bilingual required•English and Spanish speaking Prior experience in healthcare or administrative roles preferred Pay range: $19.75•21.00/hr
Schedule:
Clinic Hours :
Monday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
Work Location:
Northglenn Clinic, in person, 100% onsite
