Job Description
All About Kids is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our Dental team! We are a pediatric dental office looking to staff our growing dental clinics. Very busy dental practice so must be easy going, friendly and ready to work. Will be interacting directly with patients, doctors, insurance and answering high volume of phones. Have at least 2 years' experience in customer service/ receptionist position/ front desk duties; dental experience is a PLUS but not required. Responsibilities of the Front Desk Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant include, but not limited to: Interacting in a high-volume patient practice Learning schedule needs- checking patients in and out Computer savvy: No paper charting, all forms are completed electronically. Making recall appointments and confirming schedule Collecting payments and co-pays. Verify insurance eligibility, contact insurances when applicable Work with office managers, supervisors and operations team on how to resolve issues and answer questions Our ideal candidate must have strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills along with being able to multi-task in a growing, high-volume environment.
