Job Description
Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch , located in Bradenton, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation:
$16.00 per hourResponsibilities:
Greets members, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location. Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. Performs basic filing and recordkeeping. Performs other duties.Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Performs other duties as required.Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree; or one (1) year administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job. Possesses computer skills, including, but not limited to, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Jonas and Publisher. Must be able to work weekends and evenings.Benefits & Other Compensation:
