Job Description

Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Staff member to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. Bilingual skills and experience with office software are highly valued to support diverse client interactions and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients promptly, professionally, and courteously Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing systems and digital databases Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Support office management duties including organizing documents, proofreading correspondence, and managing incoming/outgoing mail Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment Support administrative tasks such as typing reports, managing office supplies, and supporting other team members as needed Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist, personal assistant, or in office support roles is advantageous Strong attention to detail with proofreading capabilities and high accuracy in data entry tasks Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism, organization, and customer service excellence are highly valued. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations while providing outstanding support to clients and staff alike.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
