Clearwater, FL Job Details Part-time | PRN $16 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Life insurance Referral program Qualifications Computer operation Working with seniors Resident rapport building Computer skills Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description The Oaks of Clearwater, a 15-story senior living community located on the intercoastal area of Clearwater Beach, is seeking for a dynamic and experienced front desk receptionist who can multi-task and provide excellent customer service. This is a part time or PRN front desk position for the weekends 2PM-8PM and to help provide coverage for co-workers. Apply, we have a committed team here and we would like you to join our team.
Compensation:
Starting at $16.00 - $18.00 per hours, depending on experience Part-time and/or PRN (every other weekend and possible more) Weekend shifts available (8:00 am to 8:00 pm and may vary other days) Benefits include: Health Dental Life insurance Paid time off Supplemental Insurance Option Team Member Referral Bonus Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Life Insurance Program Responsibilities, Skills and Abilities:
Punctuality and professional appearance are required. Assisting residents, vendors, employees with all requests, if not redirect them who can help them Attend/complete any in-services/education training, as determined by Executive Director and their assistant. Must be able to be tactful when dealing with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public. Must be able to work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset people within the facility Greeting residents, visitors/guests, and vendors and reacting to any questions/concerns they may have and notifying management team. Communicate and tracking any residents leaving by 911 calls. Follow all safety rules Greeting residents staying in our guest rooms. Monitor the actions of our residents; elopement risks, unusual behavior to be reported to supervisor or Manager on Duty.
Miscellaneous clerical assignments ualifications:
High School graduate or GED Prefer experienced in a receptionist or clerical position. Must be able to work well with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset people within the facility Must have good computer skills Speak clearly and professionally with others, answering calls Must be well organized and able to multitask efficiently
