Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist in a medical office. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in various office software, and have the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Busy Doctor's Practice Seeking a Front Desk Receptionist Must be self motivated, diligent with attention to detail, good work history, verbal and written communication skills. Able to multi-function in a small, busy environment and conduct themselves in a highly professional manner. Computer, Electronic Medical Records, and insurance knowledge is helpful. Monday thru Friday. Smoke Free Environment. Please email resume.
Job Purpose:
Scheduling appointments; scheduling surgeries Scans medical documents to patient records. Works fax-in box.
Duties:
  • Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
