Job Description

Overview We are looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Assistant. Someone with a strong work ethic, energetic, compassionate, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties include but not limited to: Answering multiple calls Making appointments Checking in and out patients in a timely manner Collecting payments Checking insurance eligibility Handle filing, proofreading documents, and ensuring all paperwork is organized efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for enhanced communication with diverse clientele. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a positive experience for all visitors. Experience with clerical duties, including typing, filing, and general office management tasks. Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities efficiently in a busy environment.
