You genuinely love talking to people, and it shows — on the phone, at the counter, wherever. You're organized enough to keep a busy schedule straight, but what really drives you is making sure every person who walks through our door feels welcomed and excited to be here. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. About the Practice You'll be joining a tight-knit team at Swan City Eye Care in Lakeland — our optometrist, a lead technician, and an optician/frame stylist. We see patients from little kiddies to great-grandparents and everyone in between, with a special focus on myopia management and specialty contact lens fitting. We believe the patient experience starts the moment they walk in — and that's you. From the first hello at the front desk to the smile on their way out with new glasses, you set the tone for their whole visit. Front Desk Roles and Responsibilities Greeting patients and customers warmly Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance plans and submitting insurance claims Stocking and inventory Maintaining a clean, organized front office No experience needed — we'll train you on everything.
