The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing appointments and supporting salon operations. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the salon. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon and provide them with information about services offered. Manage appointment scheduling through our POS system, ensuring an efficient flow of clients throughout the day. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Process transactions using a cash register and maintain accurate records of sales and services. Promote salon products and services to clients, utilizing effective sales techniques to drive retail sales. Assist in supervising salon staff during busy periods to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring it is inviting for clients. Collaborate with stylists and other team members to enhance overall client experience. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in a salon or similar environment. But we are willing to train. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
