If you're looking for more than just a job—and want to be part of a team that's passionate about changing lives through better health—we'd love to hear from you. A few recommendations that can improve applicant quality: Remove language such as "If you do not pay attention to your own health, please do not apply." It can discourage qualified candidates and may create unnecessary legal concerns. Instead, describe the values you're looking for. Include the hourly pay range (or "starting at $XX/hr"). Job ads with pay transparency generally receive more qualified applicants. Mention the software used (ChiroTouch, Jane, Eclipse, etc.) if applicable. Consider adding a sentence about your office culture and mission, as top candidates often choose employers based on workplace environment as much as compensation.
