Job Description
Description We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to provide a welcoming and organized front office experience for visitors, clients, and staff. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, managing daily reception activities, and keeping communication flowing smoothly. The role requires a detail-oriented presence and the ability to handle a steady volume of inbound calls while supporting day-to-day administrative needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and team members courteously, creating a positive first impression at the front desk.
- Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately.
- Coordinate front office coverage and maintain an orderly reception area throughout the workday.
- Assist with scheduling, visitor check-in, and other administrative support tasks as needed.
- Monitor daily front desk operations to ensure timely communication and smooth workflow.
- Support office continuity during coverage changes or operational updates when required. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or similar customer-facing position.
- Demonstrated ability to answer inbound calls efficiently and with courtesy.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a courteous and service-oriented approach.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once while remaining organized and attentive to detail.
- Proficiency with basic administrative and office support duties.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach throughout the assignment.
