Position Overview We are seeking a professional and personable Office Administrator to support a busy real estate law office in Alpharetta. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment while providing administrative support to the legal team. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence. Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records. Provide administrative support for real estate closing activities. Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other general office duties. Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Required Qualifications Prior office administration or administrative support experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor with strong customer service abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment. Preferred Experience Experience working in a legal office, title company, mortgage, or real estate environment is a plus.
