Job Description

The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, creating a professional and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting guests, handling phone calls, and managing incoming correspondence. In addition to front desk duties, the position provides administrative support to various departments such as Human Resources, Payroll, and other teams as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and organization of the company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office 2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls 3. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area 4. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries 5. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars 6. Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry 7. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access 8. Event planning, hospitality, and catering 9. Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Secondary support to payroll 2. Provide general administrative and support services as needed
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1.
Associate degree or equivalent experience 2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 4. Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. 5. Professional attitude and appearance 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills 7. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise 8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 9. Customer service attitude 10. Be able to stand or sit for lengths in time LI-DNI
