Job Description

Job Summary We are a PT owned and operated outpatient physical therapy office in Athol ID seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office management, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while developing your administrative expertise. Duties Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff and executives Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, electronic health record system and more for various administrative tasks Support office management activities including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and record keeping Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and basic bookkeeping using square Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment Handle clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and preparing reports Experience Prior office experience is preferred, especially in administrative or clerical roles Experience working at the front desk or as a medical/dental/PT receptionist is advantageous Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools with bonus for electronic medical record experience Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management abilities Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment Full time position benefits: PTO Dental and health insurance plans IRA with up to 3% company match
