Job Description
We are seeking a professional, organized, Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations while creating a welcoming and professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone with excellent soft skills who can multitask effectively, maintain professionalism under pressure, and contribute positively to a team-oriented workplace. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records Support office operations by monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed Coordinate with management and staff to support daily workflow and office needs Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk, or office support role preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities efficiently in a professional office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Preferred Soft Skills Professional and welcoming demeanor Strong work ethic and dependability Problem-solving mindset Effective time management skills Ability to remain calm and professional in busy situations Strong teamwork and communication abilities Work Environment This position requires the employee to work in-office and report in person to the assigned work location during scheduled business hours.
