Receptionist•Part-Time (15-20 hours/week) Direct Hire•Onsite in
West Springfield Pay Rate:
$22•24/hour A professional services firm is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-time Receptionist to support daily office operations and provide excellent client service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with technology, and taking an active role in assisting clients with their needs. This position is responsible for scheduling partners' meetings, entering money received into QuickBooks, assisting with entering invoices in QuickBooks, creating, sending and tracking engagement letters, scanning tax docs, and other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Greet clients and visitors Assist clients with basic requests and help them obtain needed information Prepare and organize client intake forms and documents Open and distribute mail to appropriate staff Scan, save, and file documents to the firm's network Schedule meetings for principals Prepare letters and basic correspondence Assist with QuickBooks tasks, including accounts receivable and banking support
Qualifications:
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills Comfortable taking direction from multiple team members Excellent attention to detail Proficient with technology, including document-sharing and electronic signature platforms Willingness to learn firm processes and grow into a client-support role Prior office, receptionist, or professional services experience preferred This Part-time Receptionist role offers a great opportunity to build valuable experience in a professional services environment while taking ownership of meaningful client support work.
