Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handle a variety of clerical tasks, and support office management to foster a productive and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks with precision using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity software Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments Perform general office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and coordinating office logistics Facilitate client communication through professional correspondence and follow-up calls Provide office reception including patient check-in/out and appointment scheduling Experience Prior office experience or administrative assistant roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry software Experience with phone communication best practices Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in office productivity tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous Ability to manage calendars accurately and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us in creating a welcoming environment while supporting our team's operational success!
