Job Description
Front Desk Associate - Pilates & Yoga Studio Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Front Desk Associate who is passionate about wellness and creating a welcoming studio environment. This role is the first point of contact for our community and plays a critical part in helping clients feel supported as they begin or continue their wellness journey. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly in person, by phone, and via email, creating a positive and professional first impression Respond to inquiries from prospective and current clients, answering questions about classes, services, scheduling, and studio policies Follow up with individuals who sign up through our website, returning calls promptly and guiding them toward the appropriate classes, services, or next steps Assist clients in finding the right fit for their wellness goals, including Pilates, Yoga, and related offerings Schedule appointments and manage class registrations using studio software Communicate clearly and knowledgeably about the studio, instructors, and wellness services Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Support studio operations with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications & Attributes Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Genuine passion for wellness, movement, and helping others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to listen, educate, and guide clients on their wellness journey Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Prior front desk, customer service, or fitness/wellness experience preferred (but not required) Why Join Us Be part of a supportive, wellness-focused studio community Opportunity to connect with clients and make a meaningful impact on their health and well-being Work in a positive, uplifting environment centered on movement and mindful living
