Job Description
Position available for self-motivated and detail-oriented person. Excellent computer, organizational, and communication skills required. Compose and draft correspondence, letters, and reports as directed by attorneys and staff. Answer and properly route incoming phone calls, greet clients, and take accurate messages as needed. Request medical records from healthcare providers, track requests, and follow up with medical facilities to ensure timely receipt. Accurately scan, upload, file, and maintain electronic and physical client files as part of firm records. Perform mail pick-up and drop-off duties, including sorting and distributing incoming mail. Assist with general filing, clerical, and administrative tasks as assigned to support daily office operations. Bi-lingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
