We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between our showroom and countertop vendors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Prepare and send accurate quotes to clients, following up to address any questions or concerns. Ensure client payments are collected prior to delivery and maintain accurate financial records. Schedule countertop template and installation appointments with clients. Assist clients in the showroom by answering questions, showcasing products, and providing guidance on their kitchen and bath needs. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Perform general administrative tasks, including managing emails, maintaining records, and ensuring proper documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. Monitor inventory levels and notify the team when products need to be reordered. Support marketing efforts, such as assisting with social media updates or organizing promotional events, as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication). Experience in administrative roles or customer service is preferred. Comfortable with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email platforms, scheduling software). A professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in the kitchen and bath industry is a plus but not required.
