Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office operations in Towson, Maryland. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, managing incoming communications, and providing dependable administrative support. The person in this role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while helping maintain an organized and efficient reception area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, employees, and vendors in a courteous manner and ensure a positive arrival experience.
- Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.
- Provide front desk and concierge-style assistance by responding to routine questions and helping visitors navigate the office.
- Maintain an orderly reception area and support smooth day-to-day front office operations.
- Receive and relay messages accurately while prioritizing urgent communications when needed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as logging visitor information, coordinating handoffs, and supporting office workflows.
