This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine exceptional customer service with vital administrative functions. You will manage front desk activities, handle multi-line phone systems, coordinate schedules, and assist with various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is, highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding support in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer and direct all incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Manage front desk operations including checking in visitors and handling phone reception with excellent phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, including document management and record keeping Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for staff Assist with clerical duties like data entry, proofreading documents, word processing, and typing correspondence Provide customer support by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client communication is clear and effective Coordinate office supplies inventory and perform basic office management duties to keep the workspace efficient Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with at least three years of office experience Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Bilingual ability is highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated experience in phone answering, multi-line phone systems, and phone reception etiquette Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, data entry, and document preparation Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are a plus Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and time management We are looking for a high energy self motivated front desk receptionist for a busy Spine care clinic. Duties include greeting patients, processing payments through credit cards, cash, and checks for co-pays deductibles. Using Care Credit Financing for patient pay plans treatments. Proficient with calculator. Handling patient cash ledger accounts. Good Math skills, Scheduling and recalling patients appointments. Light assisting to start patients on therapy machines. Cleaning and preparing treatment rooms. Ordering supplies, typing and mailing letters to patients. Knowledge of E-Thomas software helpful. Qualifications
  • Must have minimum 3 Years Experience.
  • Medical administrative support/Front Desk Operations
  • Patient service experience
  • Office experience, including front desk duties
  • Knowledge of EMR systems like E-Thomas or EHR systems.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations
  • Familiarity with medical terminology/ Strong Math skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
  • Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting
