Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist/Support Staff to be the first point of contact for the individuals we serve. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced behavioral health setting. This person will work in both Oxford and Troy offices to provide consistent coverage at the front desk and to support clinical teams.
What You'll Do:
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion Answer and route phone calls efficiently Schedule appointments and notify clinical staff of arrivals Assist with basic office tasks (faxing, copying, documentation) Support clinical teams by providing scanning support, mailings, outreach, etc. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front office environment
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED 1+ year of receptionist or office experience Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Why Join Us?
