Job Description
Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily member-facing operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience, managing front desk activity, and handling a wide range of service requests with professionalism. The role is fully onsite and offers a steady opportunity to contribute to guest satisfaction, event support, and smooth day-to-day communication.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests upon arrival, provide assistance at the front desk, and ensure each interaction reflects a high standard of service.
- Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries appropriately, and respond to routine questions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate reservations and scheduling requests for amenities, activities, and other member services.
- Enter and process takeout or service-related orders accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Act as a central point of contact for member needs, resolving requests directly or connecting them with the appropriate department.
- Provide front desk support during events by assisting with arrivals, communication, and general guest coordination.
- Help prepare basic event-related materials such as name cards and other administrative items as needed.
- Maintain organized desk operations throughout the day and support coverage needs across varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a front desk, reception, concierge, or customer-facing support role.
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with members, guests, and staff.
- Experience coordinating schedules, reservations, or service requests in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of reliability and flexibility to work changing shifts in a fully onsite setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling orders, messages, and administrative support tasks.
- Comfortable balancing routine front desk responsibilities with additional support for events and special requests.
