Job Description
Description Position Overview We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible with scheduling and available to work weekends as needed to support business operations. Key Responsibilities
+ Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
+ Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
+ Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
+ Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
+ Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
+ Provide general administrative support to various departments.
+ Respond to inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience. Requirements Qualifications
+ Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
+ Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
