Job Description
Front Desk Overnight Job Summary The Front Desk Receptionist is a very important position—you are the face of Happy Tails Inc.!! You will have the most interaction with our clients, so it is pertinent that you are courteous, communicative, and thorough. You'll be responsible for: Greeting both pet parents and their furry companions as they come in Checking guests in and out each day Making sure that all feeding, medication, and other important information is accurately communicated from the owner to the pet care staff Answering the phone Scheduling daycare, boarding, grooming and orientation appointments Cleaning and sanitizing multiple areas of building after day and evening employees leave Printing the next day arrivals and filing them alphabetically And most importantly, helping our clients feel secure in their decision to leave their loved ones in our care by providing excellent customer service! We are looking for team members who: Love animals Are energetic Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Are skilled at multi-tasking Are able to work 40 hours per week Have weekend availability Will embrace Pet Empowerment values Essential Functions To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
