Job Description

Oak Ridge Physical Therapy is a locally owned, patient-centered clinic serving the Triad area with four convenient locations. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports and workplace injuries, and balance-related conditions. Our team is committed to fostering a faith-based, uplifting, and professional atmosphere where patients and employees are treated with respect and care. We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Primary Duties Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly, courteous manner Schedule and confirm appointments while managing clinic flow Answer phone calls and address questions or concerns Enter and maintain patient information accurately Communicate effectively with therapists and support staff Assist with insurance verification and billing-related tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Proficiency with computers and office software Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office required Ability to work independently and collaboratively Alignment with a respectful, faith-centered workplace culture
Position Details Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:15
PM Training:
Comprehensive on-the-job training provided
Employment Requirements:
Drug screening, background check, and financial review
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
