As a Front Desk Agent, you will manage front office operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and support administrative functions with efficiency and professionalism. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining organized records and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Support office management activities including filing, document proofreading, and calendar management Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing clear and helpful communication Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing important documents efficiently Utilize computer skills to update databases, prepare Word documents, and manage productivity software to streamline daily operations Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and filing tasks Technical proficiency in computer literacy, including spreadsheet management and basic bookkeeping knowledge Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Front Desk Agent and become an essential part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while supporting smooth office operations.
