About the Role Are you energetic, welcoming, and organized? We are looking for a friendly Part-Time Night & Saturday Receptionist to be the face and voice of our dealership during our peak evening and weekend hours! In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating an exceptional first impression for our customers—whether answering calls, assisting with cashiering, or keeping our front desk running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Customer Welcome & Support:
Greet arriving guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
Phone Management:
Promptly answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages.
Customer Outreach:
Conduct light outbound calls, including notifying customers when their new license plates and registration have arrived.
Cashiering:
Process customer payments for service, parts, or sales accurately and efficiently. Data Entry (CRM): Accurately enter new customer information and update records in our dealership CRM database.
Front Desk Organization:
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front lobby and reception area.
Qualifications & Skills Positive Attitude:
High energy, welcoming personality, and a genuine passion for customer service.
Communication:
Clear, professional verbal communication both in person and over the phone.
Reliability:
Dependable and punctual for scheduled evening and Saturday shifts.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable learning and using CRM software, computer databases, and multi-line phone systems. Attention to
Detail:
Organized and accurate when handling cash transactions and entering customer data.
Prior Experience:
Previous receptionist, cashier, or dealership experience is a plus, but a great attitude is our #1 priority! Why Join Our Team?
