About Us Sova Animal Hospital is a privately owned, three-doctor practice dedicated to providing world-class veterinary medicine with a personal touch. Our team is committed to delivering the highest standard of patient care while building lasting relationships with our clients.

- Exceptional client communication and education What You'll Do As the first and last person our clients interact with, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and patients with compassion and professionalism
- Answering multi-line phones with confidence and excellent etiquette
- Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately
- Triaging sick and wellness appointment requests using basic veterinary medical knowledge
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate medical records
- Communicating effectively with doctors and technicians to ensure seamless patient care
- Supporting a positive, team-focused work environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:
- Friendly, dependable, and highly organized
- Passionate about helping people and their pets
- Calm and compassionate in a fast-paced environment
- An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
- Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Experienced in a veterinary hospital setting (minimum three year preferred)
- Familiar with IDEXX Cornerstone software (preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate) Schedule
- Full/Part-time position (Tues 7am-5:30pm, Wed 7am-4pm, Fri 1-5:30pm, Sat 7:30am-1:30pm)
