  • Exceptional client communication and education What You'll Do As the first and last person our clients interact with, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting clients and patients with compassion and professionalism
  • Answering multi-line phones with confidence and excellent etiquette
  • Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Triaging sick and wellness appointment requests using basic veterinary medical knowledge
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate medical records
  • Communicating effectively with doctors and technicians to ensure seamless patient care
  • Supporting a positive, team-focused work environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:
  • Friendly, dependable, and highly organized
  • Passionate about helping people and their pets
  • Calm and compassionate in a fast-paced environment
  • An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experienced in a veterinary hospital setting (minimum three year preferred)
  • Familiar with IDEXX Cornerstone software (preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate) Schedule
  • Full/Part-time position (Tues 7am-5:30pm, Wed 7am-4pm, Fri 1-5:30pm, Sat 7:30am-1:30pm)
  • Saturday rotation required (7:30 AM - 1:30 PM only) Why Join Sova Animal Hospital?

Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
