Full Job Description Dental Receptionist Duties:
  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the phone system
  • Manage patient records and update information as necessary
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries
  • Collect payments and process billing for dental services
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a dental office is a must
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling and record keeping If you are a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual with experience in dental or medical reception, we would love to hear from you.
