The Spa Receptionist at The Salt Spa is responsible for promptly and warmly greeting guests as they come in to the spa. They are to answer phone calls and assist guests with questions regarding spa services and products. The Spa Receptionist is to accurately book, change, and cancel appointments within the select spa point of sale system. They are responsible for checking in all spa guests and walking them to their locker room.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Open and close the spa according to the standard operating procedures. Greeting every guest in a professional, welcoming manner. Answering phone calls promptly. Answer guest questions regarding spa services and products. Accurately book, change, or cancel appointments utilizing the computer system. Correctly process payment for services and products. Actively promote the sales of spa retail products and gift cards. Maintain a clean well-organized reception area. Other duties as assigned. Weekends required.
