Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs. Provide up do's for special occasions or events. Mentor and train junior stylists, sharing techniques and best practices. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Promote retail products to clients, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques, straight razor skills. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling products. Ability to mentor and guide less experienced stylists effectively. Skilled in using straight razors for precise haircuts is desirable. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
