Role:

As an Animal Hospital Receptionist, you'll be the first person our clients interact with—whether they're calling to schedule an appointment or walking in with a beloved pet. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate records, managing appointment scheduling, and supporting both the administrative and clinical sides of our busy practice and ensure both pets and their people feel welcome and well cared for.

What You'll Do:

Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally Answer multi-line phones, triage calls, and schedule appointments Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and pet care Maintain updated and organized patient records in our Avimark system Generate invoices, process payments, and assist with daily deposits Ensure timely communication with doctors and staff regarding patient flow Handle prescription refill requests and follow-up calls Maintain lobby cleanliness and a welcoming environment Assist in restocking food, treats, and office supplies Support a calm, compassionate experience for clients—especially during emergencies or sensitive situations Collaborate closely with technicians, assistants, and doctors to ensure smooth clinic operations

What We're Looking For:
