Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist Come Join Our Pack! Brookville Animal Hospital (CareVet at Brookville) is looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy, two-doctor practice! We're looking for someone who loves people, loves pets, and knows how to keep things moving. Our days can get busy (okay… sometimes really busy!), so we need someone who can juggle phones, clients, appointments, questions, and everything in between while still treating everyone with kindness and compassion.

Love animals and enjoy helping the people who love them Are friendly, compassionate, and genuinely enjoy working with people Can multitask like a pro and stay organized when things get hectic Move quickly and can prioritize what needs to happen next Are comfortable answering phones and communicating with clients Have strong attention to detail Are dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed Work well with a team Can handle a fast-paced environment without letting the chaos get the best of you Know that sometimes a client just needs someone to listen and be kind Veterinary or receptionist experience is preferred, but NOT required! We are happy to train the right person. A great attitude, willingness to learn, and love for people and pets go a long way. What You'll Be Doing As one of the friendly faces of our hospital, you'll help keep our front desk running smoothly by: Welcoming clients and their pets Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Helping clients with questions and concerns Processing payments and invoices Communicating with our doctors and veterinary team Managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day Keeping patient and client information accurate Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Pitching in wherever needed to keep the hospital running smoothly Perks & Benefits Because taking care of our team matters too!
