Overview Join our dynamic security team as a Security Guard and play a vital role in safeguarding our residents, premises, and personnel. This energetic position demands vigilance, quick thinking, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe environment. You will be responsible for monitoring access points. Your dedication will ensure the safety and security of everyone on-site while supporting loss prevention efforts and upholding company standards. Duties Manage the front desk and control the entry and exit of all staff, residents, and visitors. Answer the phone and the front desk and ensure calls get routed to the correct location. Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies, providing detailed reports and support. Implement strategies to ensure a safe and positive environment by observing suspicious behavior and preventing theft and/or vandalism. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
