$17.00-$22.00/hour with potential for increase within the first 90 days

Responsibilities:

Utilize an alphabetically organized filing system to maintain accurate medical records Gather patient history efficiently and accurately Check clients and their furry companions in for appointments and assist with the check-out process Create labels for medications prescribed by our veterinarians and ensure correct dosages are dispensed Perform tasks such as running fecal samples to assist in diagnostic procedures Schedule appointments for clients and manage a multi-line phone system Uphold basic math skills for tasks such as medication counting Pay meticulous attention to detail when updating medical records Strong spelling skills are preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Requirements:

Spelling proficiency Previous reception experience is a must Basic math knowledge Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to show compassion towards clients and their pets Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service
