This position is responsible for supporting daily front desk operations and providing professional customer service to our clients and patients. Responsibilities Answer phones and schedule appointments Greet clients and check patients in and out Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate client needs with veterinary staff Assist with prescription refill requests Maintain an organized and professional front desk area Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and scheduling software experience Attention to detail and reliability Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required Schedule Full-time or part-time opportunities available.
