  • is looking for a sharp, reliable front desk coordinator to be the heartbeat of our front-of-house.

This is a hybrid role for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. No two hours look the same, and you'll never be bored. What you'll do: Answer phones and respond to booking inquiries promptly and professionally Greet every client with a genuine welcome and make them feel at home. Manage the appointment book
  • schedule, confirm, and space bookings so that the day flows. Keep the front desk a well-oiled machine: check-ins, checkouts, retail sales. Sweep and tidy stations between clients so the shop always looks its best. Use downtime productively
  • track inventory, flag low stock, and help keep our shelves ready so we never run short on products.
Maintain overall cleanliness and order throughout the salon.
