Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer support and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally Handle all front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and managing incoming correspondence Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks for financial record keeping Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory to ensure seamless daily operations Assist with calendar management and coordinate meetings or events as needed Support office management tasks by handling clerical duties like proofreading documents, managing emails, and supporting administrative projects Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software including spreadsheets and data entry tools Excellent phone etiquette with experience operating multi-line phone systems and providing outstanding customer support Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Technical proficiency in computer literacy, including data management and document processing software Previous experience with office management or personal assistant responsibilities is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism Join us to be a key part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and friendly demeanor will shine!
