Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed Provide general administrative and front desk support Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management What You Bring Strong communication and active listening skills Outgoing, positive, and professional personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented work ethic Professional appearance and customer-first mindset Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
