Job Description
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive staff
- Proofread documents for accuracy and grammar
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication skills)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred for medical receptionist positions)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers, scanners)
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software applications This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent customer service skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
