Job Description
Position Overview The Drip Lounge Wellness Center is seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first impression of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming, elevated experience for every client while supporting daily operations. This is a part-time position with mandatory weekend availability . Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide a high-end, welcoming experience Check clients in and out using Boulevard booking system Answer phones, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions (IV therapy, injections, wellness services) Assist in booking appointments and optimizing the schedule Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area Support clinical staff with light operational tasks as needed Process payments and manage daily transactions Encourage and help generate Google reviews and client retention Ensure all clients complete required forms and consents prior to services Schedule & Requirements Part-time hours (flexible weekday availability preferred) Weekends are required Must be able to work at both locations: Downtown Charleston and Mount Pleasant What We're Looking For Someone who is: Friendly and personable Organized and detail-oriented A team player with a strong work ethic Passionate about wellness and helping people feel their best Perks Employee discounts on services and products Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing wellness brand Fun, team-oriented environment
