Job Description

We are seeking a long term, permanent staff member as a chiropractic office assistant.
The ideal candidate will be:
energetic, detail oriented, organized, have an enthusiastic approach to customer service, a cheerful demeanor, exceptional interpersonal and phone communication skills, professional appearance, and be a team player.
Responsibilities include:
  • Spanish speaking preferred
  • Greeting patients with a smile
  • Scheduling patients and collecting payment
  • Verifying and billing insurance; data entry
  • Confidence in presenting treatments and services offered
  • Ability to organize and multi-task
  • Building and maintaining relationships with patients
  • Assist the doctor, work with patient flow.
  • Ensure that clinical materials are stocked, tidy and readily available, To excel at this position, you must be:
  • A confident person who takes responsibility for good communication, task completion, office efficiency, attitude management and personal appearance.
  • Physical ability to work in a high volume fast pace setting.
  • A team player committed to excellent patient care.
  • Able to focus 100% on patient care and handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Able to perform all duties to full completion and without direct supervision.
No experience required but is preferred. (We will train)
Job Types:
Full-time (20-25 hours per week)
Days:
4-5 Days per week. Some Mondays but Tuesday
  • Friday 7:45 am to 12:30 pm (possible more hours to work will be available)
Salary:
$16.00 to $19.00 /hour
