Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while managing a variety of clerical tasks that keep our office running efficiently. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment with opportunity to advance. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing professional and friendly front desk service Manage phone system, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information Handle correspondence via email, Inventory and Point of Sale reports with precision and attention to detail. Verify Purchase Order, follow up, acknowledgements and lead times. Verify and review sales orders then scan them. Send invoices at the end of each day Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams, and productivity software. Excellent computer literacy including data entry, document proofreading, and file management Bilingual abilities a plus And all other assigned duties
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
