We're currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist who is personable, highly organized, and passionate about animals. As the first friendly face our clients see, you'll play a vital role in setting the tone for their visit and ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish. Your Role Includes:
Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and a smile. Scheduling appointments and managing our daily calendar with precision. Answering phones and responding to emails with prompt, courteous communication. Handling payments, invoices, and maintaining accurate medical records. Keeping the reception area tidy, clean, and welcoming. Assisting veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks. Educating pet owners about services, procedures, and wellness products.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Familiarity with animal care terminology and medical records (a plus!). A deep love for animals and a desire to help both pets and their people.Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday Every other Saturday (8:00 AM-2:00 PM) Some holiday coverage requiredBenefits:
