You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.

You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own. What You'll Bring to the Team A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction. Veterinary experience is preferred and strong customer service skills is required. Available to work 3 full weekdays and some Saturdays (roughly 30 hours).
