Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle incoming sales/memberships with clarity and professionalism Maintain organized check in systems, and daily cleaning checklists Support administrative tasks such as cleaning, & group fit class scheduling, and sales. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and effectively Requirements Availability must be flexible with evenings and overnights. Must be experience in customer service/front desk.
