Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Greet, check-in, and check-out guests in a friendly and professional manner. Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies during overnight hours. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries.Audit and Accounting:
Review and verify the accuracy of daily transactions from all departments (e.g., room charges, restaurant, gift shop). Balance and reconcile the day's revenue and prepare financial reports for management. Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts. Run end-of-day processes in the hotel's property management system (PMS).Security and Safety:
Monitor the premises to ensure safety and security during overnight hours. Follow emergency procedures when necessary.Administrative Duties:
Prepare daily summary reports, cash deposit logs, and other documentation. Process credit card and cash payments accurately. Assist with setting up the next day's activities, such as breakfast or early guest arrivals.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or relevant certification a plus). Previous front desk or accounting experience preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g. Hotel Key) Strong attention to detail and excellent math skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally. Comfortable working overnight with minimal supervision.Work Schedule:
Typically between 3pm- 11pm
- 11:00 PM
- 7:00 AM or similar overnight hours.
Job Types:
