Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is hiring a friendly and professional Receptionist in Webster! If you're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy being the first point of contact in a busy office, we want to hear from you.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage mail, packages, deliveries, and visitor sign-in.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate conference rooms, office supplies, and deliveries.
- Protect confidential information and follow company safety and security procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
